Stan is a shop. FittBio is a front door.
Stan calls itself a creator store, and it is a good one. On the $29/mo Creator plan you get unlimited digital products, a course builder, recurring memberships, calendar booking, lead magnets and store analytics. Creator Pro ($99/mo) adds email broadcasts and flows, funnels, order bumps, payment plans and affiliates. A lot of fitness creators who sell templates, challenges and courses use it happily.
FittBio starts from a different place. Most coaches don't need a shop first. They need the people who tap their bio link to understand what they do, trust them, and get in touch. So the page is built around that: your links, a Loom intro video, a transformation gallery, a lead form and a free download, with analytics showing which of those actually gets used.
What you pay before your first sale
Stan has no free plan. There's a 14-day free trial, then $29 a month (or $300 a year) for Creator. FittBio has no free plan or trial either, but you can build your entire page free and only pay $7.99/mo once you publish. If you're early on, with a handful of clients and an audience that's still growing, that gap is real money every month.

Does Stan take a cut?
No, and it's worth saying because plenty of comparison posts get this wrong. Stan's own pricing page says both plans charge 0% transaction fees; you pay your payment processor's fees and nothing else.
Enquiries vs checkouts
Stan is optimised to get someone to a checkout. That's perfect for a £19 meal-plan PDF. It's less ideal for £150-a-month online coaching, where most people won't buy from a product page; they want to ask questions first. FittBio's Typeform-style lead form asks one question at a time (goal, experience, budget, days per week) and drops the answers in your dashboard, so the conversation starts warm. What FittBio doesn't do
No courses, no memberships, no booking calendar, no email newsletters. If you need those, link to the tools you already use from your FittBio page, or pick Stan. We'd rather you chose the right tool than the wrong one cheaply.
The verdict
Pick Stan if you're building a product business with courses, memberships and email funnels under one roof. Pick FittBio if you're a coach whose bio link needs to turn followers into enquiries and email leads, without paying storefront prices to do it. Online coach? See FittBio for online fitness coaches.
